Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time so that you have time to unload, maybe refresh yourself in the toilet and tune in to the treatment. The toilet is located on the ground floor of the salon, the beauty salon and the waiting room upstairs. Feel free to come up, here you can put down your coat and take a seat as long as I can receive you. While another guest is in the cosmetic room, please do not come in as soon as we are done, I will receive you. In the salon, only two of us stay during the treatments. In case of delay, the lost time will be deducted from the time of your treatment. If you are accompanied by an escort, please have your escort downstairs (except parent). 

Mobile phone

Please put your mobile phone in silent mode so you can concentrate on resting. Of course, if absolutely necessary, keep it with you, it doesn’t bother me, but your rest is important to me.

Cancellation

If you are unable to come, please let us know in time. Anything can happen, you don’t have to give a reason for your cancellation, so if you want to cancel your appointment or move it to another time, you can do so free of charge at least 24 hours before the treatment. In case of appointment within 24 hours or not cancelled, 50% of the booked service will be charged, which you can fulfil by bank transfer. After that, we can only make another appointment. 

In case of illness, ask for another appointment!

If you feel that something is “hiding inside you” or you are already sick, please let us know and move your treatment to another time. I do not treat sick guests! A sick person cannot be treated in the first place, because treatment would only worsen their condition and you would infect others. 

Hygienics

I pay close attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The cosmetics are cleaned daily, I also do monthly cleaning and ozone disinfection. My tools and machines are cleaned and disinfected after each use (bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal). Please wash your hands in the downstairs toilet upon arrival and use the hand sanitizer gels placed on counters and tables. Only 1 guest can stay in the cosmetic room at a time (except parents).

Request an appointment

You can make an appointment personally, by phone and via Messenger (please be patient, I will answer, I am probably at work). On weekends, please don’t, that’s when I relax and spend time with my family.  By requesting an appointment or using the services, the Terms and Conditions are automatically accepted.

Payment

You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. In case of cash, please come with an exact amount if you have the opportunity, I do not keep any exchange money with me. I am not able to provide credit, payment is mandatory on the spot after using the service. Leaving the salon without paying will result in a police report!

Invoicing

I can only issue invoices to individuals. All my guests are considered private individuals by default, unless otherwise specified by the guest before starting the service. In such a case, the service cannot be used.

Feedback, complaint handling

Thank you if you share your opinion with me during the treatment or at the end. If you have any questions or requests, feel free to tell us during the treatment, or if you have time, at the end and we will discuss. If you have any problems with the service, please report it and handle it on the spot. After leaving the salon, I do not accept complaints. If there has been a negative change in your skin condition after leaving, please report it to me immediately. The buyers’ book is available to all guests, it is placed at the entrance to the salon. Other complaints (e.g. on social media platforms) are considered business damage and defamation, which will result in a police report.
